Although all our products are produced with the highest standards of quality and excellence in craftsmanship, we realize that sometimes you may have to return your purchase. That is why we offer a "No Hassle” return policy. All we ask is that you return the merchandise in new and unworn condition, without any damage and with all protection tags and stickers attached to them, inside the original Antonyo Denard Packaging, including all certificates and documentation.
All returns and cancellations must be requested in writing by email at CustomerService@AntonyoDenard.com and can take up to 48 hours to process.
Please note: If the Antonyo Denard Tags have been removed no refund will be issued.

We recommend sending return packages fully insured with signature confirmation. We are not responsible for the package until it is received and signed for at our facility. Once we receive your package in our sorting department, it typically takes up to 48 hours for the item to be added to our register log. When the item is processed, our accounting department will then be able to issue your refund. Any item that has been serviced and or customized is non-refundable (Example: Resized, Soldered, Alterations, or any other modifications requested by the customer).
SPECIAL ORDERS, CUSTOM DESIGNS and INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OUTSIDE THE USA

If any item has been altered or modified in any way by anyone other than Antonyo Denard LLC., all warranties and return policies will be invalidated.
Any Special Order, Custom Design or Custom Order made at the request and specifications of the customer; or any jewelry item that is altered at the request of the customer to have a different shape or size center stone, leather color, etc. other than what is pictured on our website is considered final and non-refundable / non-exchangeable.
Please note that it is the responsibility of the Customer to pay for the return of any International Orders from Outside the United States and under no circumstances is Antonyo Denard LLC. liable for any taxes levied by another country upon receipt of the merchandise.
All our jewelry is packaged in beautiful presentation boxes. The boxes are exquisitely finished with coordinating textures and Ivory Satin Interiors. The boxes come enclosed in a second outer box.

All orders are shipped via USPS PRIORITY MAIL with signature confirmation. Insurance is included FREE OF CHARGE! Expedited Shipping via USPS, UPS and Fedex is also available. If you need your order expedited, please select a different shipping option during checkout!
International Shipping
International shipping rates to most countries are provided during checkout. Insurance is included FREE OF CHARGE! Please note that your country may impose customs and import duties or taxes that you must pay because your order originated outside of your home country. These fees are your responsibility and are separate from the cost you paid for your merchandise and shipping. If you have any questions regarding import duty taxes you should contact your country’s customs and tax authorities for clarification before ordering.
