Founded in Florida by Antonyo Denard, a self taught perfumer and designer, known for his attention to detail, eclectic style and elegance. He decided to use his passion for art and design, and couple that with his keen sense of smell, and six sense like knack for timeless elegance, to create a company that will stand the test of time.

When Antonyo made his first fragrance "Linger", it was never his intention to make a business out of it, but it soon took shape after he sold out of his first 600 bottles of "Linger" in less than forty five days, without any formal advertising. it was then he recognized that "Lingers" success was as much because of it's clean yet lingering aroma. But because in a world full of copycats, and mass produced luxuries, that it was the fragrances exclusivity that aided in it's success.

As such Antonyo Denard the Brand was born, and it's focus would be to bring exclusivity by way of limited production, rather than inordinate prices.
